Users who intend to delete their personal data stored on our
services may do so by availing our personal data deletion policy
under which they can write an email to us on
data@gamerpe.com requesting
deletion of their data and providing identifiable information with
which our concerned personnel can verify the identity and ownership
of the user and the associated user data in question.
Following the reception of the said request we shall, abiding by the
terms of our policies and fraud prevention mechanisms, ask the user to
confirm their request to ensure the continuation of intent from the
user. Once we receive the verification and confirmation from the user
we shall initiate the process of deletion which is expected to
conclude in 30 days from the day of final verification.
